On February 27th, HUCEG will be bringing in Jon Mitchell, Mayor of New Bedford, MA and Representative Jeffrey N. Roy, the Chair of the Joint Committee on Telecommunications, Utilities and Energy for the Norfolk district in the Massachusetts House of Representatives. They will be partaking in a moderated discussion regarding the United States’ first commercial off-shore wind farm project
