America’s Oldest college taking on the world’s newest, largest solution.

The Harvard Undergraduate Clean Energy Group (HUCEG) is Harvard's premier student organization in climate and clean energy. With 350+ active members, we are focused on hands-on action and education, preparing students to become leaders in the energy transition.

Our alumni have gone on to work at leading consulting, finance, and energy firms.

We are solution-oriented doers and thinkers. Our group provides tools and opportunities to undergraduate students hoping to make an impact within the clean energy and sustainable development space.

Beyond our projects, we engage members with:

  • Speaker events

  • Advisory Board mentorship

  • Tours of local clean energy facilities and companies

  • Faculty and alumni conversations

  • Our Clean Energy Magazine

  • Volunteering With Community Empowerment Initiatives

  • Workshops

  • Inter-Collegiate Networking
