This workshop run by HUCEG board will provide HWeek (https://hauscr.org/hweek) students with a basic overview of the energy sector, climate change (the science behind it and the effects of climate change), as well as provide some ideas for tangible action that can be taken.

We will dive into some case studies that emphasise the importance of cross-sector collaboration by examine the role of businesses, NGO’s, governments, institutions, and individuals. A particular focus of this workshop will be looking forward into the future through analysing the current state of things in the U.S and China.

The aim of this workshop is to educate students on one of the most important issues of our lifetime and spark the desire to learn more about the environment and perhaps even take action back home.
